Ordering

1. Write down the catalog numbers and prices of the items you want.
2. Click here to bring up an online order form.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Fill out the form online, and then click the submit button. We'll call you on the phone to arrange a payment method with you. (You can pay by check or credit card.)
   • Print the form, and fill it out by hand. Then, fax it to us at (505)287-4229. We'll give you a call when we get it.
